Questions before renovating on the French Riviera

When should I get in touch?

Before fixing a layout or requesting detailed contractor quotes. A few photos, an existing plan if available and your main questions are enough to begin the conversation.

How are design fees calculated?

Fees depend on the scope, complexity and agreed deliverables. Design, building work, furniture, fabrication and deliveries are separate costs. We discuss your priorities and budget before preparing a proposal.

How does remote collaboration work?

Hugo Dzikowski is based in Dublin. OKO Studio has no public office in Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur. Meetings, any site visits, measurement checks and responsibilities are agreed individually for each project.

Does the service include managing the building work?

Full site supervision is not automatically included in a design commission. Any support during implementation, coordination with contractors and responsibilities of other professionals are defined in the proposal.
